For general PC bits I user www.overclockers.co.uk and sometimes
www.dabs.com (those use them less and less).
when I last built an ITX unit I got the bits from www.kustompcs.co.uk
Never ask about linux support. The only time I got caught out was trying
to use asterisk at home on an ITX 686 unit. Had to go the manual load route.
