[Gllug] How to supress all those "localhost.localdomain"s in mail headers?

I have noticed that many commercial email providers are going security
paranoid and that even slight mis-configurations in things like
hostnames results in undelivered messages.

So how can I stop all these "localhost.localdomains" and similar in my
headers (this is from a remote sendmail I operate) eg

Received: from localhost.localdomain (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1])
by transpero.net (8.13.4/8.13.4/Debian-3sarge3) with ESMTP id
l0LJ6WXc005597 for <adrian at mcmen.demon.co.uk>; Sun, 21 Jan 2007 19:06:32
GMT
Received: (from www-data at localhost) by localhost.localdomain
(8.13.4/8.13.4/Submit) id l0LJ6W30005596; Sun, 21 Jan 2007 19:06:32 GMT

Running hostname on the box gives "transpero"
