+1 for knowing about the UN.  You've obviously never heard of any of
the following subjects though, so my advice is that you look them up
using this remarkable educational tool called the "Internet":

* the EU
* WTO, WIPO
* INTERPOL
* international treaties
* IAEA

I shouldn't really waste my time answering this, but free speech is
curtailed under many circumstances, just one of which is unsolicited
commercial announcements.
