VPI = "Virtual Path Identifier"

VCI = "Virtual Channel Identifier"

These are (in effect) address data words added to each ATM packet
(that's each data block) that tell the ISPs switches how to route your
data.

You CAN set them from the router (or modem) settings interface webpage.
