Many thanks to Peter Ball and Michael Enoma Aghayere
for their responses.

I do not have access to the modem, and hence do not know
which model it is at this time.

Peter, I can follow your very detailed instructions which
I will try tomorrow or Tuesday (it involves making a journey).
But what is VPI and VCI, and will the browser allow me to make
the changes you say?
