The offence would have been committed here and should be tried here if it 
is a crime here. If it were not a crime here why should the US (or any 
other regime in a similar position) be entitled to seek to bring a 
prosecution? Did we prosecute the many people in this country who entered 
into conspiracy to overthrow Saddam or who are currently conspiring to 
overthrow the Iranian or other similar regimes?
