process, either, especially if you have processes than play with
SCM_RIGHTS and Unix-domain sockets (rare), or d) a massive file hiding
under a mount point.
I remember finding a 690Mb news logfile (back in the days when that
was real space), hiding under /var/log/news (an NFS mountpoint).
I've also uncovered stuff hiding under /proc in the past.
