Your problem is that you are running sarge (the old stable release)
however you are looking for updates from security.debian.org from the
current stable (etch) version.
To fix this in the first instance change the security.debian.org line to
refer to sarge/updates not stable/updates.
Then run apt-get update and apt-get -f install
Then if you want to move to the current stable version, after backing up
your data, you can change both lines to point to stable or etch and run
apt-get update followed by apt-get dist-upgrade.
