[Gllug] screen and ssh challenge

I tried this, it seems to work.

Host test
        LocalCommand echo -e "\033]0;hello\007" >> /proc/$PPID/fd/1

You need to have PermitLocalCommand yes in your client's ssh_config
file of course.
