[Gllug] Knoppix equivalents?

The Fedora Live CD is available for x86_64 archtectures, which should
do most of what you want (although without knowing which apps you were
planning on using, it's hard to tell for sure).

If the box is IA64, then I suspect you'll have a harder time finding
something that will do the job.
