You're joking, right?  IE 7 has all the same crapulous rendering bugs
as IE 6, except that they fixed all the workarounds people were using
to send different CSS to IE/non-IE.  They can't even get CSS 1 right
at a time when other browsers are starting to support even the obscure
parts of CSS 3.
