For reference, on Fedora 6
cd /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
nphelix.xpt and nphelix.so are links
remove them
recreate
ln -s /usr/local/RealPlayer/mozilla/nphelix.so nphelix.so
ln -s /usr/local/RealPlayer/mozilla/nphelix.xpt nphelix.xpt

(I guess recreating the .so one was not needed)
