[Gllug] [OT] How can I find a job like sysadmin in London?

The firm i work for processes adverts and CV's for agencies (circa 20k of
each per day). All the agencies expect CV's in Word format, no exceptions.
They just love to edit them before sending them on, something about making
them feel they earn their money :)

There are numerous CV processing applications out there, the majority only
process .doc format, those that process other formats output XML which
prompty gets converted back to .doc.

The problem lies with a narrow mindset.
