By what logic? I can't imagine that there are many LUGs in the UK. I'd
think the database of LUGs and their lat/long would take up a fairly
negligible amount of space -- no more than a handful of K for the raw
data. Even allowing for the overhead of PostgreSQL/MySQL/whatever, I
wouldn't have expected it to be more than a few MB.
