I have given away plenty of Knoppix CDs and DVDs, but I suspect that very
few ever get used. I see much more interest when I say that it can be used
to recover files from a crashed M$, while the planetarium style star
displays have interested a few people enough to get them to take a look.
I think that the standard M$ user is oversaturated with unbelievable
hype, only just able to cope with their system, and petrified with the
thought of having to wrestle with any other (difficult?) system.

Microsoft sells you Windows ... Linux gives you the whole house.
