Should be

deb http://ng.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty-backports restricted
universe multiverse 

deb-src http://ng.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ feisty-backports main
restricted universe multiverse

with the deb-src starting a new line.
