I had a similar problem with the Wightlink Isle of Wight ferries site. 
It's something I haven't seen in a long time but their site simply 
refuses to let you in if you aren't using a browser which it approves of.

I dropped them a note pointing out that they were losing business but I 
simply got an "It works for me" response back.  I went with Red Funnel 
instead.
