oh and

6. does not required repeated rebooting to install the slightest of updates
or due to an application failure, The old firefox dies and takes the entire
os with it......

But its very difficult to tell people "there is another way" (to quote
nationwide advert) when they are so used to having to use a hammer about
once a day to keep there machine running.
