Depending on how honest she is(n't), she could sign up for 12 months then 
just run off after 2.

Eclipse does broadband by the month, so only the phone line itself would 
have to be blagged.

Or she could just get friendly with the neighbours and negotiate use of a 
wireless based connection if one is available.
