Actually, thinking about it you might get some joy from the forums at
www.thinkbroadband.com. They can be very useful for getting to the
bottom of rumours re changes of service etc. In fact, some of the
forum areas even have posts from honest, straightforward employees of
said ISPs... almost unbelievable I know
