[Gllug] Exim4 Bcc Headers

This is hopefully a one line answer for somebody.  I'm just switching
to Exim4 on Debian (Etch) and I've noticed that it isn't removing my
Bcc headers.  So I googled and found

but as I'm new to Exim (I've been running DJB's qmail for years) I
can't seem to find where I actually put this option.  Surely this is a
common request so hopefully someone out there knows,
