[Gllug] Is my cheapo router really caching DNS?

Alas - it's not my connection.  I'm quite close to the exchange and get
a nice solid 8 Mbit.  The connection I'm thinking of is at my wife's
school and I was asked if there was anything that can be done about it.
 At the time I had to say "I don't know", but the question has been
nagging at me.
