[Gllug] Suggestion about Network Monitoring software - Open source/Free

Hi,
   If you wanted to stick to SNMP data and good interface with Java OpenNMS
is best.
   (You can monitor other services but sure how good it is). OpenNMS is the
way to go
   if you stick to SNMP.
   Cacti is another one and you can try either cacti or nagios if OpenNMS is
not the choice.
