[Gllug] While we're on the subject of racks

On the subject of racks, I have installed systems on the top floor of a
house in the New Town in Edinburgh,
and in the Royal Institution. Something tells me that the Georgians did not
design for the point loading of 19 inch racks.
They're both still standing though, so I can't have got it that wrong.
