There's no guarantee about the order in which e-mails will be delivered,
and the two started life only 8 minutes apart. Probably some mail
server somewhere was momentarily too busy so the earlier e-mail sat for
a short while and was then re-tried.
If you really want to know where the delay occurred then examining the
headers of the two e-mails - as they arrived with you - should enable
you to isolate it.
