I can only add a "me too" to this. I had NTL cable for a while and can
endorse their mind boggling incompetence. Then I got UKFSN but stupidly
switched from them to Bulldog, who were actually worse. To cut the story
short I.m now back with UKFSN, who have my unreserved reccomendation.
