[Gllug] Procmail Not Creating /var/spool/mail/some_mail_box

The only difference with me is that I have them in ~/.procmailrc files, 
and that seems to work - I just tested with a user without an entry in 
/var/spool/mail/.

It's not using ORGMAIL or DEFAULT is it?
