Can't comment on the RC specifically, since I'm still using beta 4.

Not done any real testing, but I was plagued with FF2.x arbitrarily exiting itself, and its famous memory leak. No such issues with FF3.

I've heard a few people not get along with the address bar, personally I find it very intuitive and now miss it when I end up on PCs without FF3.
