You don't.

Either the organiser has a topic in mind and rounds up some speakers on
different aspects of the subject or you get a top notch speaker and either
give him a supporting / warm up act or single bill him (like we did with
Jeff Waugh and Crispin Cowen.)

Trying to please everyone never works.
