The thinking is more along the lines of the convervancy 
http://conservancy.softwarefreedom.org/ rather than the fsf concepts. I 
dont think the fsf does anything to incubate and entity'fy open source 
work - if they do, they hide it well and dont return phonecalls / emails 
requestining info about such :)
