Do you perchance have a catchall *@domain hoovering up your spam?

But yes, that's what happens if your address is publically archived,  
it gets crawled and spammed.

Is anybody sure that the OP actually exists? The regular pattern of a  
single plausibly trollish message which sparks the list into an orgy  
of increasingly offtopic oneupmanship smells a bit too strongly of  
sock-puppet - particularly given how in this pattern the OP never  
usually replies to the ensuing thread. GLLUG at its most self- 
congratulatory and least useful, really..
