That's not the point. Redhat are shipping it and are supposed to be supporting it, no, are taking money off 
people to support it. If a paying customer wants something done that your service is supposed to provide, does 
all the legwork and then you have the audacity to turn around and make excuses for the sake of it, you have no 
place selling your services.
