[Gllug] Anyone know anything about Zetnet?

I've been asked to help out at a school who have been without Internet
connectivity for several days.  Their ISP is Zetnet and a quick look at
the school end of the ADSL connection indicates that all is working fine
right up to the point where they try to do CHAP authentication, at which
point their details are rejected.

The trouble is, Zetnet seems to be in meltdown.  All their phone numbers
have been changed and the one number which everything gets redirected to
is never answered.  It seems to be something to do with being taken over
by Breathe and there's lots of other people who seem to be in the same boat.

Anyone know any more about it?  Is there any point in trying to get
anything out of Zetnet?  Is there a quick way of switching to another
provider when you can't talk to you current provider to get a MAC code?
