I'd second Back In Action. I bought one of the HAG chairs from them and 
they were very helpful in both making a choice and general advice. The 
chair was pretty expensive but I find it *so* much easier to maintain a 
good posture on it than anything else I've tried (including the Aeron at 
work); and frankly if that reduces my RSI issues/prevents future 
problems, it's worth every penny.
