The unsubscribe links are fake - and will just confirm that your email
exist is correct. This will give you more spam :(

Spam is a fact of life - you are best to filter it somehow (depending
on your mail provider) but you often need to check your
spam folder as you get 'false positives', emails that are genuine that
have been classed as spam.

Never, ever reply to spam like this. Only click unsubscribe to genuine
business emails that are clearly from the correct site. If in doubt
just delete them.
