Or, if you want to avoid the full time job that is maintaining your spam
filter, you can opt to pay someone else to do it!

I pay Postini (www.postini.com), who are now unfortunately owned by
Google, around £3 per month per mailbox to keep my spam at bay. They
even do a good job of it.
