[Gllug] What is it with BT's DHCP

One site I look after has BT ADSL with a dynamic IP. The address there 
has changed 25 times in the last 24 hours. Sometimes only lasting 5-10 
mins. Until recently the address would remain for a week or so. Anyone 
else noticed this????
