Big providers? They're all pretty much equally bad AFAICT. Which is one
of the reasons I don't use any of them from choice (although they do have
an annoying habit of going around buying up the small providers that I
have been using, and turning their service to crap).

You could. And indeed, I probably would. But of the bigger providers,
I've heard the fewest horror stories about Be (now part of O2), and the
ratings on thinkbroadband seem to back that up.
