Warewulf/Perceus look good to me.

Rocks is another choice - but is very Redhat specific.

I would give some very serious consideration to Oscar though:

I use the SGI Tempo suite for installing and managing clusters - very
good, and its the one I like best from the ones I've tried.
It is based on Oscar.
