The drawback there is affording 30x fibrechannel cards and 30x FC
switch ports...
At the 30 node size I would run with NFS - and even at bigger node
counts than that, if you have an NFS server
with a bit of oomph. If you really do want a clustered filesystem, the
free one of note is Lustre.
