Been using a P8510 from http://www.cometsystem.cz/ for some years now
and it works well. It can do ethernet and SNMP (I managed to get some
nice cacti graphs out of it).
Unfortunately I don't remember the price, but I believe it's under 100
Euro. Better email them.
