Sorry, I am a bit confused.

When you get output from the traceroute command, how are you connected
to your router? I thought that you were using wireless only.

If you are managing to connect to machines on the internet when you
are wired to your router (that is, when you plug a network cable from
the router to your computer) then we can try to help with your
wireless connection only.

If you don't manage to connect to machines in the Internet at all,
irrespective of how your computer is connected to your router, then
that is a matter that needs fixing first, and then all the ranting
about Virgin's quality of service may have some bearing on this
thread.
