What is being most all round here is that there is a considerable
proportion of the rich who fall into category 2 and who benefit from
low taxes. For example, I'd like to hear someone defend low taxes fro
Paris Hilton. I'm willing to bet that the right-wingers will
immediately be on my back saying that they didn't mean her, she's an
exception, etc. But I'm afraid there are a lot of the rich like her.
They just don't have the same publicity agents,
