[Gllug] Multi-user, multi-level password safe

Does anybody know of an open source app with the same core features as
http://www.enterprise-password-safe.com/overview.html ?  The killer
features of that app are

  1. The ability to create acls defining which arbitrary groups of users
     can access arbitrary groups of passwords.

  2. The audit trail, so that you can track (or be alerted to) specific
     events (e.g. a particular class of user accessing a particular
     password).

Almost all password safes are single user and even the few multi-user
ones have no restrictions on which passwords a user can access; one pass
phrase to rule them all.
