[Gllug] Fedora Woes

Dear GLLUGers,

Since I run Red Hat at work it makes sense to run Fedora on
my home laptop, a Dell Inspiron.

I downloaded the Fedora ISO file onto my laptop and then
burnt it to a CD.

I set the boot options to use the DC first, but to no
avail.  It always boots off the HDD.

Have I missed a stage somewhere?  Any suggestions from you
experts out there gratefully received!
