[Gllug] Computer won't turn on

I myself had exactly these symptoms a few months ago and I believe it
was a power supply failure. However be aware that a new PSU may not fix
it. I had odd issues afterwards until I replaced, mboard, ram and cpu.
Fingers crossed you get away with just the PSU.
