Agreed.  A friend of mine implemented various technical measures after
reviewing her router logs and finding that her eleven year old son had
been accessing hardcore porn.

Pleased that the log entries had stopped, she later found that he'd
started using an open proxy...  That's when the computer got moved our
of his bedroom to where she could monitor him properly.
