[Gllug] Can't mount some DVDs in Ubuntu 10.04

Err... No.  The whole point of libdvdcss is to allow the playing of
encrypted DVDs.  The version shipped by Ubuntu is broken (whether by
accident or design, I'm not sure).  Locate it in another .deb repository
and install it from there.
