Sure it is. Ultimately, it's a case of "do I trust my data to A or B?".
It doesn't matter what the design philosophies of A and B were, it's
purely a case of "does A or B best suit what I need?". Thus you pretty
much *have* to compare them (and in doing so, MySQL came last every
time for me -- YMMV).
