   Yes there was a plain text section, but it only contained the signature,
not the main body. I have just scrolled through to the original to check.
   Incidentally I am able to read HTML formatted text, but have disabled
that function to prevent any junk mail from redirecting my system to a
logging site or forcing it to download random additional rubbish.
